The Joy of Computer Class

I have a class called Introduction to Computers, Windows XP and Internet Explorer, basically something most people around my age know. Since this is an adult education class I'm taking in combination with Medical Terminology II for Medical Coding and Billing. For the most part, I just do whatever while also listening if the instructor throws something at us. The problem with tonight is that I haven't got a clue as to what I want to do... hmmm...
